Perform a variety of accounting assignments within a Business Unit or functional area of responsibility. Record and report financial transactions and reconcile accounts. Produce accurate financial statements, participate in planning and analysis, and enhance internal controls. Collaborate with other departments and business units regarding accounting activities.

The Manager Talent Acquisition Strategy will manage the ongoing development of Exelon's Talent Acquisition and brand strategy, both internally and externally. They will engage and partner with various departments to set and align the Talent strategy, identify key business imperatives, oversee the execution of social engagement and content marketing strategies, as well as develop partnerships with diversity organizations to increase talent diversity.
