"In my early 20's, a mentor of mine was asking me a series of questions which he had intended to create introspection. I had an answer for all of them right away. He very tactfully said to me, 'I'm not sure I can help you with anything; you've got all the answers.' It hit me like a ton of bricks -- I was failing to take advantage of all that I could learn from those around me. I've since had countless achievements that I never could have done had I not learned from others with experience and wisdom beyond my own. It was a great lesson for a twenty year old hotshot engineer."
