Narrative Science reps Chicago on CNBC's Disruptor 50 list

[ibimage==47314==Original==none==self==ibimage_align-center]CNBC announced today its third annual Disruptor 50 list, and Narrative Science is representing Chicago.

The list ranks the top 50 private companies that are radically changing the business world. This year’s list spans 16 industries, from bio science and clean energy, to ridesharing and fantasy sports.

Narrative Science has brought the world Quill, a natural language generation platform that receives business data — be it from spreadsheets, visualizations or elsewhere — and automatically generates an easy-to-digest, data-driven narrative. Businesses share that story with employees, clients, investors and others, ultimately enabling businesses to effortlessly communicate the meaning behind the numbers.

Founded in 2010, Narrative Science has raised $32.4 million. The company ranked No. 46 on the CNBC list.
