The Global Telecom Application Developers Hackathon (TADHack ) already exceeds 800 registrations for the headquarters in Lisbon, Portugal, and 15 additional Centers throughout the world, including the one at Idea Shop in Chicago. The Chicago Center for Global TADHack is being hosted by Illinois Institute of Technology Real-Time Communications Lab, and will take place from 9:00 AM Saturday, June 13 to 12:00 Noon Sunday, June 14 in the Idea Shop on IIT’s Main Campus. The tentative local schedule and location information is below**. Idea Shop will remain open for those who choose to continue hacking through the night of the 13th, but that is not a requirement. We’ll have refreshments and entertainment throughout the night, and pizza will be served at midnight for those who choose to stay. At least one $1K prize is reserved to be awarded to a team participating in the Chicago Center, but we’ll also be competing for the remaining $35K global prize pot.

Developer Resources at TADHack Chicago and Global TADHack
· Oracle Communications will provide on-site developer support at the Idea Shop throughout the event to assist teams utilizing the Oracle Developer Tools.
· Dialogic will provide on site developer support for those deploying the Dialogic tools in their hacks, allowing the developer to access the PowerMedia XMS software media server and video MCU for real time communications in SIP and/or WebRTC.
