5 Reasons You Should Work with Our Award Winning Team

The holidays are over and you've settled into your New Year's Resolution to find a new job. But we get it, job searching is tough. It's like dating, except without the free meal plan and with all the same akward feeling rejection.

Well, today is your lucky day! WeDeliver is hiring and we have 9 awesome positions available.

Rather than do the whole blind date thing, we thought we'd share 5 things uniquely WeDeliver so you can get to know our culture.

1. Giving. It’s how we spend our free time. Each member on our team has a passion project, charity, or volunteers time.

2. Community. It’s what we believe in. Neighbors helping neighborhood businesses deliver. When we connect our community, everyone wins.

3. Culture. It’s who we are. You know when you were a kid and it was International Week at school? Well every week is International Week at WeDeliver. Black, Trinidadian, Peruvian, Asian, Columbian, Jewish, Bostonian, Alaskan, Chicagoan, Californian. As a minority founded business we are not the typical demographic of a startup and we love culture.

4. BowTies. It’s kind of our thing. Not just because they are making a big comeback or maybe because they are. Anyways, who cares, bow-ties are rad and you know it. Ours our handmade by our team with donated designer denim fabric from a local business in Wicker Park called MildBlend while drinking wine and whiskey from another favority local business called The Noble Grape in West Town.

5. Winning. It’s what we do. And we like to brag so we’ll list off our favorite wins: Startup Weekend, TechWeek 2013, IBM Global Entreprenuership, Tech Cocktail…and we also beat the Startup Institute team at bags during the 2013 Startup Battle.
