Founded by Tom Brunkow, Cory Dietrich, and Mike Schott, the story of Elixserve begins in Park City, UT in a rustic ski house. However, our path begins long before at Miami University (OH). Upon graduating, the three of us embarked on our own journeys only to discover the same thing, a lack of personal passion in the corporate rat race. At this point we decided there was no better time to take a risk, and build something of our own. Young and full of energy, the ski town of Park City, UT fit the bill.
We settled into the ski bum lifestyle, skiing in the mornings and working the restaurants at night. The team flirted with many business ideas but nothing really stuck. Soon enough we all began to realize that there were a number of problems all our friends experienced in the restaurants they worked in. We set out to solve these problems.
We then began diligently interviewing, tweaking, and eventually started building the cure all for the service industry profession. Elixserve.com is a solution built to schedule, train, and communicate with staff of a restaurant or retail establishment, which increases sales, reduces turnover, and enables cost savings.
Product development and testing began in Park City and has recently moved to Chicago, one of the biggest markets for service industry professionals. Reunited with our midwestern roots, Elixserve will be launching in Chicago and the surrounding areas this Spring/Summer.
