Yahoo! JAPAN seems to agree, which is why the company announced yesterday that tag management provider BrightTag would be powering its remarketing and media services. The partnership will allow Yahoo! JAPAN to deliver all of its services through a single tag, which should make its offerings more efficient and rapid.

It’s a tremendous honor to be named a best-of-breed technology provider for Yahoo! JAPAN,” Kiven says. We've assembled an incredibly talented team at BrightTag so to see such wide adoption by the world's most recognized brands is great validation of everyone's hard work.”

Masatsugu Shidachi, Corporate Officer, Head of Marketing Solutions Company, Yahoo! JAPAN said in a press release that the partnership will allow his company to “bring more innovation and growth to Japan’s interactive marketing industry.”

According to Kiven, BrightTag will enable Yahoo! JAPAN to centralize their media and marketing data, making the brand’s connections to advertisers that much faster.

Being selected as the underlying technology powering Yahoo! Japan’s online marketing services is further proof that our scalable platform is versatile enough to cross verticals as well as geographies,” Kiven says. “We recognize there is much more ground to cover if we are to deliver on our broader vision to rid the online world of ‘tags.’” According to him, though, his team is up for the challenge.
