As senior director of account management, Cullinane will help CloudCraze add value to new and existing customers in 2016
CloudCraze, the enterprise eCommerce platform built natively on the Salesforce Platform, has hired software industry veteran John Cullinane to formalize account management and customer success for the company. He, and several other recent key hires, will contribute to the company’s plans for enhanced customer success and satisfaction.
Cullinane brings over 10 years of software industry experience working in the UK, continental Europe and the United States, most recently as senior director of global operations for ASI Datamyte. Prior to ASI Datamyte, Cullinane spent more than six years with Digital River in numerous roles across its operations and product strategy teams, including creating and managing the company’s Customer Advisory Board.
In the past two months, CloudCraze has increased its sales team dramatically across four different regions in the U.S. to meet the industries’ need for agile, turnkey eCommerce solutions. As senior director of account management, Cullinane will formalize customer success initiatives to support the company’s growing roster of blue chip brands.
“Our goal at CloudCraze is to provide our clients with agile eCommerce solutions that drive revenue and are tailored to their unique needs and John will play a vital role in that process,” said Ray Grady, executive vice president at CloudCraze. “We are excited to tap his extensive eCommerce software industry experience to ensure our customers use our products to their fullest capacity and have a voice in the future direction of their eCommerce solutions.”
