Data cruncher Mu Sigma nets $108 Million in new capital
(Crain's) — Who needs an IPO? Mu Sigma, a Northbrook-based analytics startup, raised another $108 million from investors.
Backers were led by General Atlantic, a Greenwich, Conn.-based private-equity fund, and included Silicon Valley venture fund Sequoia Capital. Sequoia put $25 million into Mu Sigma in June.
