I wish I knew, from the beginning... how important it is to surround yourself with the very best team. At the end of the day, no matter how good the idea or how big the opportunity, if you don’t assemble the very best team the opportunity will never reach its full potential.
The best advice I ever received was… from my father. He believed in integrity and honoring your word. He believed and instilled in me the good old fashioned Midwestern work ethic and values. I may not be smarter than the next guy, but I sure will try to outwork and outhustle him.
