According to Jeff Fagel, Vice President of Marketing and Brand Development, edo helps small businesses find new customers, convert them into loyal customers and measure the effectiveness of their rewards programs. All this is linked to each swipe of a credit or debit card, which Fagel says sets the edo system apart from others that require additional point-of-sale devices or staff training.

[Marketplace] will help edo expand our market leadership position and scale our advertising content, merchant partnerships and growth within the highly competitive local business market,” says Fagel, on his hopes for how this new product will affect his company. “edo will step up growth efforts to scale the reach of the edo offer and content network through partnerships with merchant acquirers, mobile payment providers and media publishers.”
