Chicago’s oldest professional design organization, the Society of Typographic Arts celebrates Archive14, a place for designers to put their best work and thinking to the test. What started as a keen-eyed curation of design through the ages—from Charles and Ray Eames to Marcia Lausen, Saul Bass to Rick Valicenti, Bruno Munari to James Goggin—has now grown into a comprehensive collection of graphic expression. 50,000feet is honored to be Archive14’s agency of record. While the open call has come and gone, the opportunity to #defineyourplace—and by place we mean house, condo, workspace—is here and now. Reply to [email protected] with your name and mailing address to receive 1 of 100 posters commemorating Archive. Incorporating commissioned street-style photography by Tim Klein, 50,000feet concepted Archive’s 10th year to invite creatives to find themselves—and to plot their coordinates—within the greater Chicago design landscape. Printed by Classic Color, the posters capture a moment in time—so act now and claim your own. Visit the 50k-designed STA website to learn more about Archive14. www.50000feet.com/50knews
