I'm excited to be helping with the launch of this campaign with Coding While Black. A amazing organization that is helping diversify the tech community through education and advocacy. We'll be posting weekly on the barriers we need to overcome and wanted to share a note from our Founder Dominic Liddell below. Please help us in raising awareness and support for the end of year campaign!

"This has been a great year for Coding While Black and our members, but your help is needed to make 2016 even better.  Today is #GivingTuesday and the start of our month-long fundraiser to raise the funds for our activities, events, and education.

A successful fundraiser will allow us to achieve the following main goals for 2016:

  • Provide a one year fellowship with paid stipend, laptop, and bus fare for 20 adults.

  • Provide scholarships for those who need financial assistance participating in our programs, services, and education

  • Provide a consistent schedule of high-quality, engaging, informative events affordable to you and others.

  • Employ six full-time employees needed to run our program more efficiently

To learn more about how you can help Coding While Black break the barriers for blacks working and doing business in technology, please visithttps://codingwhileblack.org/give

It’s never too early to give

You can give now to see more black men and women become the tech leaders of tomorrow. We can’t do it without you and every bit helps.  You can also make your year end donation before the new year and it will still count towards our goal."

Thank you again and looking forward to seeing you at events and in the community!
