Hireology's selection management platform ranks near the top in their category alongside established industry players
Chicago, IL -- Human Resources Outsourcing Magazine and HRO Today have named Hireology as one of the top providers of talent management software in their 2013 Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Ratings. Hireology’s groundbreaking selection management platform ranked fifth alongside long-time industry players Lumesse, iCIMS, Halogen, and Kenexa.

The Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Rating is based on customer satisfaction surveys and feedback from buyers of talent management software services. HRO Today uses a predetermined algorithm that weighs questions and categories based on importance, and then calculates a score in all three subcategories as well as an overall score. Hireology’s ranking of fifth was based on scope of features, market environment (size of the installations the provider typically has with the reviewed suite or product) and quality of service.
In addition to being ranked fifth overall, Hireology was given top honors in the Quality of Service category, leading all other talent management software vendors. Hireology’s selection management platform also took fifth overall in the breadth of features category.
