cleverbridge is looking for a professional services consultant with expertise in B2C subscription lifecycle management and renewal optimization to support the needs of software companies and SaaS providers who use our e-commerce solutions. In addition to subject matter expertise, the successful candidate must bring a strong combination of analytical, problem solving, communication and implementation skills. Professional Services Consultant, SaaS, is a member of the SaaS Solutions team and will work with a broad range of internal and external constituents.
Primary Responsibilities
- Create a set of internal best practices to help our e-commerce services clients more effectively manage and grow their subscription sales
- Consult with clients and prospects to identify and sell professional services for subscription lifecycle management and renewal optimization
- Conduct and manage professional services on behalf of clients
- Support the subscription-related sales efforts of our Sales and Marketing teams and work cross-functionally with other internal teams to help drive the successful development, promotion, sales and use of our e-commerce solutions
- Serve as a subject matter expert for subscription-related aspects of client and prospect engagements
Desired Skills & Experience
- Expertise in B2C subscription lifecycle management and renewal optimization for digital products / services
- Strong proficiency in reporting, analytics (e.g.,MVTs) and forecasting
- Strong C-Level presentation and consultative selling skills
- Demonstrated ability to establish thought leadership and best practices
- Effective management / leadership of direct reports and teams
- 4+ years tech industry or other applicable experience
- Demonstrated ability to work independently
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally (up to 30%)
- English language fluency. Fluency in German or Japanese is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- E-Commerce experience is a plus
- Professional services or consulting experience is a plus
- Knowledge of accounting and finance, or enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.) is also a plus
