Innovation Factory Hosts 3D Printing Workshop in West Loop

As a crowdfunding reward for Opus, a 3D printed tablet and smartphone amplifier, Innovation Factory is hosting a hands-on, two-hour workshop that spans from the consideration of designs that are optimal for a 3D printer, a demonstration of software used to create a design, and completes with the execution of the printed object.
The workshop will also break into small group sessions in which attendees can meet with our designers to receive feedback on their in-process projects. Attendees will receive three hours of complimentary print time with our Makerbot Replicator units ($150 value), which they can use within 30 days of the workshop.
