Introducing SeatSync: A Better Ticket Marketplace

As with any innovative idea, SeatSync comes from the belief in a better way to do things. We are die-hard sports and music fans, and we know how challenging it can be to buy or sell tickets to an event. Exorbitant fees, inconvenient transactions, and poor customer service are the status quo for the industry. In addition, trying to buy or sell tickets at the last minute usually ends in disappointment or, even if you are lucky, the hassle of coordinating a complicated transaction.

We are creating SeatSync to unite buyers and sellers in a transparent, convenient, and low-cost secondary marketplace. We are committed to creating the experience our users deserve. This means:

  • No huge fees. Our competitors charge up to a 25% commission on every transaction. We think that is unfair. SeatSync charges a flat usage fee of $2 per transaction to anyone who sells tickets to an event. Buyers pay no fees.
  • A safe ticket transaction that values your privacy first, while ensuring accountability by using a well-established peer-to-peer marketplace strategies.
  • A seamless, mobile marketplace using location-based technology, centered around buying or selling your tickets as efficiently as possible.
