Explore Chicago's startup and design scene through these events. From Creative Mornings to The Annual Moxie Awards, you're bound to learn something new and rub elbows with some really energetic people in the industry. Don't miss these events: 


1.) Entrepreneurs Unpluggd: Startup Lightning Round
When: Tues., June 4,  6-9 p.m.
Where: Chopin Theater, 1543 W. Division St.

Why you should go: Hear advice from startup founders in five 7-minute-long presentations. The goal of the event is to learn from each others’ experiences in a fast-paced environment. This month’s speakers include George Page (Portapure), Jill Felska (Path),  Tom Ruginis (HappiLavs and Ruugy Media), Tim Hines (BT Social) and Amanda Britt (Panzanzee).

What is Entrepreneurs Entrepreneurs Unpluggd?
Entrepreneurs Unpluggd is an event series targeted to create an intimate environment where entrepreneurs can learn from experiences, as well as network with others.

 

2.) Leap Year Project (LYP) iBook Event
