Last night's gathering of women in tech for 1871 was a huge success! Over 60 women in tech came, eager to hear about the new space and hear Kevin Willer speak. Companies represented included: Cheeky Chicago, Contact Karma, Sittercity.com, Blue Plate, MacnCheese Productions, Viewpoints, Lightspan Digital, Technori, Fee Fighters, Entrepreneurs Unpluggd, xploreu.com, and MANY others! Kevin's talk was about 40 minutes and included details of how 1871 came into being, notes on the space, and a Q/A session at the end. It was a great night. Thanks to all who came!
