NEW SPEAKERS

We are excited to announce that Luke Williams, author of Disrupt: Think the Unthinkable to Spark Transformation in Your Business, will join us at this year's event. Williams is an internationally recognized authority on innovation leadership. He is a fellow at frog and professor of innovation at NYU's Stern School of Business. 

Also joining us will be Charles Adler, co-founder and creative director at Kickstarter. Adler is an entrepreneur with more than 14 years experience in interaction design. Formerly director of strategy and information architecture at Agency.com, his work in user experience and design is driven by a commitment to create work for people in the simplest and cleanest way possible.

Last, but certainly not least, we would like to announce Todd Cherkasky, the director and global lead, research & insights, at SapientNitro. He leads a team of experience researchers and strategists who collectively draw on the full range of primary, secondary, qualitative, and quantitative methodologies to inform innovations in customer experience. With over 15 years of applied experience in research and strategy, he has conducted extensive research and has published and presented widely on human-centered design.
