Companies know that documenting your everyday business practices are important and necessary in order to produce a consistent quality product or service. But many people face challenges doing this because they simply lack the tools to do so.

Ryplr will make documenting it more efficient, communicate it better, and also easy to update so it lives on and stays relevant.

We learned a great deal from the Lean Startup Challenge.  We completed over 70 interviews, 3 iterations, and pivoted twice.

The more interviews we did, the more we learned that there was a lot of complex business processes out there and there were a lot of questions that needed to be asked on how to handle them in a solution.

We learned that the lack of efficient document solutions was such a problem, people were asking us to consult now, but we were focused on getting our tool developed. The Challenge helped us recognize an opportunity to pivot so that we can maximize the value of our situation. We decided to offer our consulting services to fill the need of the clients, but also use the opportunity to continue to learn from real customers.

But perhaps most importantly, the Lean Startup Challenge helped us focus on the value the customer is willing to pay for, and helped us reduce our risk by not building the wrong tool too early.
