myTalentLoops is developing a web-based platform that people use to introduce/promote very specific abilities or opportunities using eprofiles, a private collaboration rich communication wall, compatibility matching technology and facilitation to execute best-fit placements. User functionality and views are role and permission-based per post. User roles are Talent Candidate, Talent Seeker, Facilitator, Evaluator and Guest (Influential Others). In addition, Facilitators are provided with relationship and task management features that enable them to help more Candidates and Seekers make better decisions quicker.
