CATTEC IV – Partnering Midwest Investment Opportunities

CATTEC IV convenes in Chicago - December 6, 9:00am to 5:00pm at the Illinois Technology Association, 200 S. Wacker Dr. 15th Floor. 
CATTEC - “Catalyzing Angel Technology Investing” – is about catalyzing early stage investing in the Midwest. CATTEC is a means toward creating a Midwest network of early stage investors and ‘producer s’ of deals. 

Speakers
• Steve Burrill, Chief Executive Officer, Burrill & Company on Angels, VCs and a Changing World. In his more than 40 years at the center of the biotech industry, Steve has been honored as a Biotech Visionary multiple times. His firm has more than $950 million under management.
• Dan Broderick co-founder and past president of the Midwest Healthcare Investor Network, will moderate Creating a network of region-wide early stage investors, participating in this armchair discussion are Lawrence Hayward, Managing Director, Cornerstone Angels and the Venture Lab and Leanne Tourtellotte, Vice President, ITA
• Jeff Carter, a co-founder of Hyde Park Angels and an economic commentator will speak on the Midwest economy and the investor outlook

Showcasing Universities will collectively present snapshots on twelve emerging university startups.
