Here is a link to the affair. Quite a few people have attended past events.
If you are an investor in early stage companies you will get a first look at a lot of new stuff. If you are looking to start a business, and want ideas, this is a great place to get them. Here are the details.
CATTEC IV – Partnering Midwest Investment Opportunities
CATTEC IV convenes in Chicago - December 6, 9:00am to 5:00pm at the Illinois Technology Association, 200 S. Wacker Dr. 15th Floor.
Showcasing Universities will collectively present snapshots on twelve emerging university startups.
Six Midwest Accelerators will introduce more than 15 of their emerging technology startups as well as highlight how they work with investors.
These accelerators will be an increasingly important source of deals for investors because they bring together seasoned mentors, some seed funding and can complete proof of relevance work that washes out some of the risk with emerging technology ventures.
