Weatherist.com Beta Officially Launches in Ten Cities

Weatherist.com officially released its online weather service in front of a crowd of 500 at the Technori Pitch event in Chicago. Unlike traditional weather forecast services, Weatherist.com delivers The Most Probable Forecast by reviewing local, national, and user-generated forecasts, grading them based on real-world measurements, and only displaying the highest rated data.  This ten-city beta release will change the way that people interact with the weather.

When asked about the reason for creating the site, Dave Chung, Co-Founder and CEO of Weatherist.com stated, “Weather is something that affects all of us.  We are constantly checking it, talking about it, and complaining about it.  However, with so many different weather services available, you never know which forecast is the most accurate or which forecast to check.”

Chung added, “Having to rely on an inaccurate weather forecast after you have already planned an event, outing, or activity is a thing of the past.  Weatherist.com assures you that the forecast you get is comprised of only the most accurate data available.”
