[Webinar] The Forgotten Benefits

We've said it before and we'll say it again: Every relocation is different.

Each transferring employee has a different set of requirements, list of unique needs, and areas that he or she will not budge on. There are benefits in your company's relocation policy that they will want, and other benefits that they might not see as much value in.

This is why we so highly stress the importance of implementing a relocation policy to meet the needs of different teople. Offering childcare to a Millennial might not be as appealing as offering flex-time. Offering a Baby-boomer the freedom to dress casually won't be as valuable as a comprehensive family health care plan. People simply want different things - and that's okay.

The only issue with this, is that somewhere amongst all of the special requests and policy altering that often has to happen with a relocation package, a few of key benefits get lost. These benefits might not be as in the forefront of the mind as things like household goods, real estate assistance, and transportation costs, but they are equally as important and can actually end up saving you a lot of money.

Your employees are looking to you to be the expert and provide them with the tools they need to make their relocation successful. When an employer does not take on this role, many important areas of support end up falling between the cracks. This can lead to a failed relocation, resulting in a lot of time and money down the drain.

Don't let this happen to your company - join our webinar Wednesday July 30th, from 1-2 pm CDT to learn about the benefits often forgotten about during a relocation and why they're important!

Some of the "forgotten" benefits that will be discussed are:
  • Homefinding Trips
  • Cultural Assistance
  • Temporary Living
  • Spousal Support
  • Lifestyle Transition Assistance
