Participants will learn strategies and techniques based on SMART Goals:"specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, timely and will learn how to deal with "time bandits," change irrational thoughts and cognitive distortions. Learn how to utilize "Emotional Freedom Techniques" (EFT) to reduce stress and conquer procrastination.
