The guys over at Vokal Interactive are pretty good
I have heard that Vokal Interactive (223 W Erie) is pretty solid. I spoke with them a few times in the past and they really know their stuff. They were also very outgoing and were happy to take on any challenege that came up. They were a little too pricey for our particular needs at the time but given the situation I am sure they could be of great value.

I've been working closely with them for the last 3-4 mos. on a couple ideas and they seem like a strong company with responsible, down-to-earth leadership.
I've had conversations with Vokal and they seem to be a market leader. Polymathic may be able to help, too, depending upon where you want to go. They build web startups for non-technical entrepreneurs.
I would definitely recommend you look into Fueled. Another great place for you to check out if an agency is too rich for your blood would be Mobile Makers. They're an up and coming school for mobile developers. So, you can either learn to develop the app yourself or reach out to them to see if they can connect you with someone.
