Creating Bootstrapper's Mastermind Group

I am looking for people who are currently bootstrapping a business who are interested in creating a mastermind group.
I will be bouncing between Chicago and St. Louis for the next 6 months and have one person in St. Louis who is very interested in getting in on this group.
Here are my initial thoughts for the group. Please feel free to add your ideas, and let me know you are interested.
1. Group meets virtually, for one hour, once per week.
2. Group members can be located anywhere.
3. Group members should be currently bootstrapping their business, or have bootstrapped a successful business.
4. During meetings, everyone has the opportunity to share what they are up to and ask questions of the group.

Okay looks like we have a little steam here. I will be at Bootstrapper's Breakfast Meetup on Wednesday morning, if anyone else is going let me know.
