Finding Interns
Does anyone have a good resource for finding interns? My startup is growing and we're looking for folks with an interest in Biz Dev to help out. Unpaid to start with the opportunity to come on full-time.
Alumni associations can provide great resources to intern programs. As DePaul alumni, I was able to access intern databases at top universities around the country. However, finding the perfect intern is another topic ;)

college/grad school but we're looking for passion and willingness to cut your own path above a specific age group and we're flexible on hours.

We found few very talented interns through internship.com. We also contacted few local schools directly who posted our ads in their sites. Few resumes came through that too.
If you are hiring unpaid interns for the first time for biz dev, you might want to look up the legal aspects of minimum wage, as it gets tricky.

You can use sites like internship.com, builtinchicago.org (job board), but also contact colleges directly. You can offer college credit to start with.

Craig's List has always been my best source for talent of any type, includin interns.
One caution about interns - only bring on good ones, even if they're free. Otherwise you'll spend more time managing and training than it's worth. Your time is a cost too.
