Think of something else you'd like to accomplish using the site or expect it to offer.
What would make you want to come back to the site after you signed up?

If I only had an hour, I'd ask two questions after explaining the conversion goal of the site.
1. How can I drive more business? Designers that truly understand lead generation (most every site has some sort of lead purpose) are HARD to find. I value them. In fact if you are one, email me ;-).
2. If I buy you a cup of coffee, can I sneak in another hour of your time?
