How to start your business: Venture Start/Viability

August 15, 2017
10:00am - 2:30pm

Open to the public, this series of free workshops will give you a solid foundation for starting your business. We encourage you to attend all sessions to gain maximum value from this series as the workshops will build on each other but if you can only come to specific topics, that if fine. If you are thinking about opening a new business or want to get a start on a business plan, come prepare a list of next steps customized for your situation and learn from our experts.

On the first day, during Venture Start, we will guide you through the many local resources available to get your business started and then compile a list of next steps to move you to the next level. During Venture Viability, we will discuss customers, products, competitors, and profit; you will learn about tools for determining the viability of your new venture.
