ABOUT THE ROLE:
The objective of this role is to provide outstanding customer service to 4C’s clients while learning everything there is to know about 4C Product Suite including paid social, programmatic TV, and TV content analytics. The ideal candidate will be a passionate learner and will have a desire to move into a Client Engagement role after a period of 12-24 months.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage client platform usage requests and support cases through to completion.
  • Maintain SLAs and provide updates to clients in a timely and proactive manner
  • Troubleshoot platform and serve as a liaison between clients and 4C Quality Assurance Engineering Team
  • Assist clients in day to day campaign management on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Snapchat
  • Provide feedback to 4C Product and UX Design Teams 
  • Achieve goals set by Director of Client Support.


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • BS/BA preferred in a field such as Business, Marketing, Communications or quantitative fields (Statistics, Algebra)
  • Basic understanding of agency operations and digital media buying. Activation experience with paid social advertising a plus.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office, SFDC and Github is a plus.
  • Customer-focused, team-oriented, industrious, ambitious, organized, ability to work independently and organize workload efficiently.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Be action and results oriented, have a solution-focused mindset
  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to form deep relationships with clients.
