Our sales team is off to a monumental start this year and this new Account Executive position is critical to our future growth in the Retail Automotive vertical. This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated and driven sales professional to join our growing company. This individual will be tasked with qualifying, developing and closing new opportunities. We need driven, sales-minded individuals that are experienced with quickly building relationships and closing opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Research and qualify potential business opportunities within defined territory
- Own and drive full sales cycle
- Strategically build strong pipeline of potential opportunities to ensure quota in consistently met
- Consistently exceed sales objectives and quotas (monthly, quarterly, annually)
- Conduct compelling and engaging product demonstrations via web or in-person
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing structures for different package offerings
- Attend trade shows and conferences to represent the Hireology brand.
Minimum Qualifications
- Pathological optimism and a can't-lose attitude, with a healthy dose of reality
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience required, SaaS sales experience preferred
- Salesforce.com experience a plus
- Highly motivated, driven, self starter
