What you'll be doing as an Inside Sales Account Executive on our SMB team:

You will be part of our inside business development team for myCNAjobs, signing up new SMB healthcare accounts (home care agencies, nursing homes, assisted living communities, hospital systems, etc.)

You'll be responsible for demoing our portfolio of services, guiding prospects through a consultative sale, setting-up demo accounts, and closing.  Most importantly, you'll help build a business that is changing the face of healthcare recruitment. We'll look to you for product feedback - we're a place that cares about your opinion.

Opportunities to grow within the company including account management and enterprise roles.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Hit or exceed monthly new revenue and customer quota

  • Qualify customers and guide to the right service, from inbound marketing programs and follow-up to close the sale

  • Penetrate existing corporate partnerships (and help find new ones)

  • Prospect and call outbound potentials to generate interest and grow your book of business

  • Ensure CRM and sales documents are updated, ensuring a smooth delivery process

Desired Skills and Experience: 

  • Our ideal candidate has 1-3 years proven sales experience. If you don't have sales experience, we have a sales development program in place to allow you to come in and learn the ropes prior to starting your career as an Account Executive
  • Tech Savvy
  • The ability to be agile & multi-task (you are someone that can have your e-mail open, while on the phone, and talking over chat)
  • High need for achievement and competition. Loves to compete and win.
  • Enthusiastic, optimistic & certain of victory. Unfazed by rejection.
