Tide Spin is a new app-based laundry service powered by the one of the strongest household brands in the US.  We’re focused on simplifying the chore of laundry for consumers.  At the touch of a button, your laundry is picked up, cleaned by Tide-trained professionals and brought back to you, meaning laundry time can now be used for the things you’d rather be doing.   

About the job

Tide Spin is focused on providing a reliable, trusted laundry experience with the high quality you expect from Tide.  You will be an integral team player on a lean, empowered, and committed team of seven individuals leading this venture pilot for the Procter & Gamble Company. The objective of this role is to partner closely with our BD leader to create new business opportunities. This is a sales position responsible for selling Tide Spin to our small business partners (residential properties).

You prospect new leads and identify decision maker(s) throughout organizations and present our impactful value proposition and illustrate their pains and propose meaningful solutions. You are strategic, organized and a master at cultivating relationships.

  • Own an end-to-end hybrid inside and outside sales cycle from prospecting to close

  • Confidently outbound cold-call into target companies, identifying key decision makers and influencers

  • Set and execute strong meetings weekly

  • Managing activity in ProsperWorks including creating new accounts, assigning category of business, tracking opportunities, to ensure efficient account management

  • Analyze sales impacts in buildings and seek new opportunities to optimize partnerships

  • Lead affiliate marketing program

  • As we are backed by a Fortune 50 company, our primary goal is learning (fast, iterative loops).  Lead experiments and make analytical decisions to continually improve and find new ways to connect.

About you

  • You've demonstrated success in inbound sales for at least 1 year
    You are hands on, passionate, persistent, creative, gets things done, have high personal productivity; you are a doer first.

  • You are ready to jump in and help (even if it’s on something that isn’t in your JD--we are a startup after all! We all pitch in where needed!) Ability to balance competing priorities and manage multiple projects/deals at the same time

  • You don’t get discouraged by rejection

  • You possess excellent communication skills

  • You are confident and happy to spend time on the cold calling prospects

  • You are coachable, yet also bring your own perspective and ideas to the table to help us all grow!

  • You have a Bachelor's in marketing/sales/business admin or a related field

Compensation: Base + Commission, Based on experience $40-60K
