WHO ARE YOU

You are responsible for cultivating relationships quickly, speaking knowledgeably about Outcome Health products and services in different health specialties, and signing on new healthcare locations to expand our member network nationwide. You’ll work with the Provider Solutions sales team to create awareness for and showcase the value of Outcome Health’s innovative educational tools that drive impact and action. You are a creative, persistent and focused seller that maintains a friendly-competitive spirit.

You thrive in a culture of innovation and have a passion for building personal connections quickly, speaking to the benefits of the product, and consulting physicians practices on how to best utilize our educational tools. Experience in a healthcare-relevant demand origination role is a plus. You’re seeking to drive tangible impact in your next career opportunity.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of past inside and/or outside sales experience
  • Comfortable with up to 30% travel 
  • Demonstrated experience in a demand-origination sales environment
  • Consistent track record of exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Thrive in an evolving and fast-paced environment, can listen and display empathy to gain the trust of members, have a positive can-do attitude, and exhibit tenacity to be #1 on the leaderboard
