Account Executive
Buildout is looking for an ambitious, tech savvy inside sales representative to join our driven sales team. You will gain valuable experience working with commercial real estate firms all across the country. Responsibilities
- Run full sales cycle for qualified inbound and outbound opportunities
- Strategize, negotiate and close business on a monthly cycle
- AE will run through full discovery and demo of Buildout for all opportunities
- Generating new leads through outbound prospecting
- Work with your assigned SDR to generate new business opportunities in your territory
- Achieve monthly quoatas as set by management based on territory
- Majority of time will be spent using the Salesforce application (Experience using CRM preferred)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-4 years inside sales or account management experience in the technology industry
- Consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Prior inside sales experience a plus (SaaS is a plus plus)
- Experience being held to metrics a plus
