Our growing Business Development group is looking for an Account Management Intern to help qualify partnership opportunities and streamline customer on-boarding. Working hand-in-hand with the Partnerships Account Executive, you’ll get direct exposure to what goes into a successful affiliate partnership and learn how to effectively manage a relationship post on-boarding. What You'll Be Doing:- Evaluating and qualifying leads generated by the team; prioritizing qualified leads and handing them off to the Account Executive as necessary.
- Onboarding and managing new partners; making sure they have the resources to easily create links/buttons/widgets independently.
- Proactively suggesting ways to enhance our partnership; placement of affiliate collateral, inclusion in e-blasts, social media posts, etc to drive sales.
- Managing affiliates post-signature – ensuring a positive experience and repeat business by reaching out to and keeping up with various accounts.
- Managing and growing existing affiliate links on partner sites to ensure proper tracking.
- Communicating (via phone and email) with signed or prospective partners.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience working with customers – could be retail, an office, sales, etc.
- Ability to multitask, organize, prioritize, and manage you time. You’re not easily overwhelmed
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in Google Suite
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- You will get actual experience at a booming tech company - we’re not looking for someone to grab coffee and file papers. You will leave with real work for your resume.
- Hourly paid rate
- Flexible schedule, though we’re looking for a full time commitment through summer
