Account Manager
Overview
Snapsheet is building World Class teams and we are looking to add an Account Manager to apply their experience in handling clients with an above standard, white glove strategy.

Who You Are
You possess a strong sales background, ideally within insurance or insuretech, with at least 3-5 years of Sales or Account Management experience. You've worked primarily with national/complex accounts and have a track record of both sales growth and organizational/account penetration. Alongside strong networking skills, you know how to balance the “legacy” sales persona within insurance against a new, more aggressive technology-savvy profile. You've got excellent communication and presentation skills and utilize those with a great hunger and drive to do what it takes to grow business and engagement with clients. You can work autonomously but can also rally Snapsheet’s people and resources to reach goals and expand relationships.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the key client contact for Snapsheet’s clients- own the relationship and the revenue objectives for each
- Understand where opportunities exist in each account and work closely with the Director of Account Management to coordinate a strategy for expanding revenue opportunities and organizational penetration (within Claims, Executives, and Underwriting)
- Run a quarterly business review (QBR) with all your clients to understand their key company initiatives, review product utilization, provide key updates on Snapsheet and our expanding portfolio of solutions, and sell solutions that will address key client and Snapsheet initiatives
- Manage ongoing client communication including regularly scheduled meetings/calls
- Create written reports and presentations
- Conduct user onboarding training (virtual and in-person)
- Act as a trusted advisor to key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors to drive product adoption and ensure they leverage the solution to achieve full business value
- Maintain a deep understanding of Snapsheet products and industry knowledge
- Own client engagement on the most relevant features/functionality for their specific business needs
- Document all communication with accounts accurately and in a timely manner via system tools (Salesforce)
- Attend / support industry events and conferences as needed
- Work with Client Specialist team to run internal client “Flash” meetings on a regular cadence, use as a platform to increase transparency between internal operations and client needs
What You Have
- 5+ years overall work experience
- 3+ years insurance, insuretech, or financial services experience in sales/account management
- College (required)
- MBA/Masters (plus)
- CPCU/relevant industry designations (plus)
