Account Manager

Who we are: SpotHero is making life easier for the daily driver, by giving them a seamless way of reserving parking on the web and on their mobile phones. We've grown almost 400% in just the last year and are changing the way that people find parking.
What will I do?
- Negotiate, nurture, and build partnerships with both new and existing clients.
- Analyze and optimize SpotHero's parking supply across a city/region.
- Improve customer acquisition metrics amongst certain brands by working hand in hand with the marketing team.
- Put out fires. Communicate regularly with existing partners to ensure that operations are constantly running as smoothly as possible.
You are:
- Communicative. You are the point of contact for the parking companies and strive to ensure that every partner is as in love with SpotHero as we are. You’ll help manage every touch point of the relationship--from implementing marketing campaigns to adding on additional locations, anything that touches your clients will go through you.

- Organized. Your mind is a steel trap. You follow through on your commitments and are incredibly attentive to detail.
- Dynamic. You’re able to combine analytical thinking with interpersonal skills to manage and expand high quality partnerships.

Pre-Requisites:
- Bachelors Degree or higher
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in Sales/Account Management
- CRM Experience
