About the role:
The Account Manager will be responsible for the overall satisfaction and development of customer accounts through a mix of phone calls, emails, on site visits and events. The role is based in Chicago.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain key relationships with our existing customers
• Build rapport while consistently asking for customer feedback for the purpose of enhancing the quality of our product and service offering
• Work with operations team to fulfill various products and services
Qualifications:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to upsell products/services to existing customer accounts based on needs based analysis
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Highly motivated and an entrepreneurial ambition
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Experience using Salesforce
• Previous account management and/or sales experience a plus
