What You'll Do:


Work closely with the VP of Customer Implementation and Program Manager to help plan, coordinate and manage all aspects of customer implementation in a specific region for an Uptake product. Tasks will include managing implementation timelines, communications and marketing efforts. You will be responsible for developing relationships with each customer in your region, keeping that customer engaged during the implementation process and responding to all customer needs during this time. You will also be responsible for ensuring effective and consistent project management for all implementation projects and related tasks.



  • Act as implementation and primary point of contact lead for 40-60 customers

  • Assist in drafting, maintaining and tracking multiple communication streams to stakeholders

  • Keep meticulous track of implementation deadlines and progress toward deadlines and milestones

  • Timely completion of implementation projects

  • Continual maintenances of the risk management processes and KPIs

  • Gather and identify opportunities for improvement of the implementation process

  • Regular reporting to full implementation team


 


Qualifications:



  • 3+ years of experience managing high-stakes, complicated projects with many work streams

  • Impeccable writing and communication skills

  • Excellent organization skills

  • Skill and passion for turning chaos into order

  • Excellent Excel, Word and Power Point skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills and expert team player with demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships

  • Ability to effectively execute and drive cross functional teams in a fast paced startup environment

  • University/College Degree

Location

We are located in River North just right off the Chicago Brown Line stop. We also provide you with a free shuttle service to/from Ogilvie and Union.
