Paro is looking for an experienced accountant who can:
- Own the accounting process for our early-stage startups and small business clients on a monthly basis
- Maintain an open line of communication with clients (phone, email, and in person)
- Create, maintain, and analyze financial statements (experience in accounting platforms is a plus)
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as necessary
- Add to the culture, using your energy and charm
- College degree, 1-2 years accounting experience preferable, but not necessary
- Hardworking, motivated, ambitious, and organized
- Ability to work independently and not need much guidance
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve discrepancies
- Good communications skills
- Good organizational skills
- Dynamic and energetic
