Administrative Assistant, Merchandising

Job Description: Our Administrative Assistant will be expected to help out with various tasks across our Merchandising team in order to ensure the most efficient, functional workplace possible. They will use their strong organizational and administrative skills in order to maintain accurate record-keeping, improve processes, and facilitate inter-departmental communication. If you enjoy working alongside a team within a fast-paced industry, we’d love to have you on board.
Responsibilities:
- Data entry
- Office administration such as organizing, filing, and record-keeping
- Prioritize a variety of projects and meet strict deadlines
- Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree or related work experience preferred
- Demonstrated computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office tools
- An exceptional attention to detail – mention Wrigley Field in your cover letter in order to demonstrate this
- Highly organized, coupled with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
- A strong sense of urgency coupled with an intrinsic desire to complete all tasks with 100% accuracy and efficiency
- Great communication skills and a willingness to work alongside a team.
