What You'll Do:

As Analyst Relations Manager, you will influence and drive conversations with analysts and community influencers. You will be the knowledge-center for research firms about all things Uptake. You’ll be working cross-functionally throughout our business to gain and share knowledge that will impact the business through quality information and results.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, understand and report out on data and trends in the technology industry
• Connect and work with firms like Gartner, Forrester, IDC, Lux, and other boutique firms
• Collect and maintain data from key stakeholders in each department to ensure timely and quality response to analyst research
• Create a schedule and stay on top of research agendas to ensure Uptake is present in their publications
• Set up and record action items for every analyst relationship to position Uptake appropriately
• Work with the executive team, communications and peers to drive strategy and messaging
• Organize a strategic relationship with key analyst influencers
• Translate market data with internal key stakeholders
• Create and present Uptake’s analyst strategy and market competitiveness, including frequency and impact
• Build relationships with industry peers to help measure our investment and strategy

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in Analyst Relations with a technology focused company
• BS Degree
• Managed an Analyst Relations program and team for a software/tech company
• Excellent written, visual and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience with technology, product, software AR work
• Self-starter and entrepreneurial spirit to identify, prioritize and deliver
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
