The Asset Management Analyst is responsible for reviewing client asset data, validating its accuracy and correcting errors as needed.  The Asset Management Analyst will also provide data analysis and recommendations regarding the retirement of old assets and purchase of new ones.  The asset data includes, but is not limited to HVAC units, coolers/freezers, water heaters and other important equipment as directed by the client.  The Asset Management Analyst requires accuracy and efficiency with strong attention to detail. 

 

Asset Management Analyst Core Responsibilities

  • Validate the asset data and ensure its integrity by leveraging existing data, manufacturer data and available photos
  • Enter or correct information in our database and ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Analyze client asset data to identify areas of opportunity to recommend for replacement or areas of concern where there could be a greater chance of potential failures
  • Provide market intelligence feedback to maximize customer satisfaction and to ensure strategies and policies are in place to attract and retain customers

 

Asset Management Analyst Key Competencies

  • Strong Microsoft product skills, very strong Excel skills and a facility for numbers – understand how to manage a spread sheet
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Effectively manage one’s time and resources to ensure that work is completed timely

Asset Management Analyst Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience - typically 3 years of related work experience would be needed for candidates applying for this position who do not possess a bachelor’s degree)
  • Strong Proficiency in MS Outlook and MS Excel
  • Previous HVAC or Asset Management experience is a plus

  • This is a full time non-exempt position
  • The schedule for this position is Monday- Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
  • Internally this position is known as Asset Integrity Senior Operations Specialist
