Associate Channel Manager

The Associate Channel Manager will focus primarily on assisting the kCura Channel Sales team in a variety of areas all contributing to the growth and support of Relativity hosting partners. An Associate Channel Manager will work directly with and for a Channel Manager Team Lead.
Responsibilities
• Work with a team of Channel Managers to support Relativity Premium Hosting Partners and Consulting Partners (“the channel”)
• Collaborate with the Channel Sales team to devise sales support strategy for Hosting Partners
• Prepare post presentation follow-up materials
• Prepare Partner agreements for Channel Managers
• Assist in the answering of RFPs
• Develop sales, marketing, and project management tools to assist the channel in the marketplace
Qualifications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at any given time and prioritize accordingly
• Technical background a plus
• Friendly and honest with an unparalleled level of customer commitment
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a minimal amount of supervision
• A plan/methodology for building strong customer relationships
