Responsibilities:

As a Client Success Associate, you will ensure that clients are fully leveraging the functionality of Procured Health’s product suite. You will train users, capture feedback, and communicate unmet needs to the engineering team. This role will require you to understand the problems of our clients. You will be advising them as a consultant to solve their pain points and drive efficiencies. Responsibilities include:

  • Training, Development and Support: The Client Success Associate will develop and execute training programs (initial and ongoing support). They will work closely with clients to maximize savings realization. They will contribute to the development of new product features for specific engagements. They will communicate client needs to the engineering and device research teams.
  • Analysis: The Client Success Associate will develop and monitor metrics to gauge user engagement. They will continue to explore new ways of analyzing, organizing and distributing data to the appropriate audiences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years experience in a client support role, management consulting, hospital supply chain, value analysis leadership or device specialist
  • Experience in developing and executing training/capacity building programs
  • Distinctive problem solving and project management skills
  • Prior work experience at a healthcare provider or medical technology company preferred
  • You are a patient, personable and open-minded individual with a high level of maturity and excellent discretion
  • A demonstrated track record for accomplishing goals and meeting deadlines
  • You hold yourself and others to a high standard
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong prioritization skills
  • Willingness to travel
