The Associate CRM Analyst will provide on the job training for those lacking experience with Salesforce.com.  This role serves as a liaison between the CRM team and many other departments throughout Cars.com on everyday requests.  This position must have excellent communication skills and be comfortable speaking to a variety of people in varying levels throughout the company.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage the CRM request log to gain exposure to a wide range of Salesforce.com issues/requests
• Able to learn about the administration and configuration of Salesforce.com
• Perform system audits including but not limited to users, profiles, permission sets, queues, fields, page layouts and record types
• Fulfill new functionality requests; working with the requestor to fully understand needs and ensuring finished product meets those needs while thoroughly testing their own work before delivery
• Lead a project from start to finish while being comfortable meeting with any level of personnel to gather requirements, discuss challenges, properly set expectations, etc., when required

• Eager to learn a new technology
• Able to translate business ideas and concepts into technical requirements
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, prioritize multiple projects, and be a proactive problem solver
• Agile experience preferred

• College degree preferred
• One year of experience within a sales, support or training environment is required
