Rise Interactive (http://www.riseinteractive.com), a rapidly growing full-service interactive advertising agency, is looking to hire an Associate Director, Digital Marketing.
The Associate Director, Digital Marketing will be responsible for leading successful digital strategy and implementation for Rise’s marketing organization. He/she will work closely with the agency’s channel teams, sales, and corporate marketing team to improve the online presence of the brand. He/she will be responsible for the company’s website, marketing automation, digital media, analytics, and overall digital identity.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of marketers to implement digital marketing initiatives for the Rise brand
- Create short and long term vision to improve digital marketing activities
- Lead corporate website efforts to increase visibility and build engagement with target audience
- Analyze the user experience of Rise’s website, including content development, site navigation, conversion optimization, and promotional activities
- Work closely with Events and Communications teams to integrate marketing programs
- Review traffic reports, digital trends, and competitive websites, and liaise with appropriate internal teams to identify ways to improve our web presence within budget
- Align digital marketing programs to sales goals and improve lead conversion rates
- Manage effective email marketing campaigns in support of product launches, new product features, events and trade shows, and other marketing goals
- Manage, develop, and define appropriate plans and strategies to support the company’s recruitment branding objectives
- Write business requirements and interface with stakeholders to manage digital campaigns
- Educate and train marketing team on best digital practices and marketing concepts
- Develop and manage metrics and success criteria for marketing efforts
- Comfortably and confidently deliver presentations to internal audiences, and be able to represent Rise's marketing initiatives to external partners
- Assist with additional marketing projects as needed
Required Skills:
- Expert knowledge of digital marketing and experience incorporating into marketing strategy
- Identify and execute opportunities to improve and expand our interactive marketing strategy and presence on the Web
- Oversee project activities on a day-to-day basis to ensure on-time completion of planned tasks
- Create project status reports and deliver status updates to stakeholders and project participants
- Work proactively to manage internal customer expectations and provide accurate estimations for deliverables
- Business fundamentals and project management skills
- Exceptional ability to see projects through all phases of implementation while maintaining timelines and staying on budget
- Ability to thrive independently with a high degree of autonomy, as well as in a cooperative, diverse group with specific, set objectives
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact and present your ideas to various levels of an organization to explain and gain support for initiatives
- Experience with Google Analytics and content management systems
- HTML experience preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional settings
- Works independently, self-reliant, self-motivate
- Strong problem solver
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Solid interpersonal skills, enthusiastic, congenial, assertive
Additional Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of relevant work experience preferred
